To create and use an account on j999, you must meet the following conditions:

- You are not on j999's excluded list and your account has never been previously closed.
j999 conducts identity verification to prevent underage access. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on j999. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any earned bonuses.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any discrepancy is found in your name, mobile number, or payment details, j999 reserves the right to suspend account verification or place a hold on withdrawals.
3.3 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately via j999 Login and contact the support team.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
j999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only transact using a mobile wallet account registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
No transactions below these limits will be processed. Withdrawals must always be made from your actual cash balance in the wallet — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this may be delayed if additional verification is required or during system maintenance.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
j999 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. For suspicious transactions, j999 may request additional documentation and place a hold on the transaction. Please try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
5. Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at j999 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only — the deposit is not included). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳12,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer is valid separately and cannot be combined with others.
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by j999.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
- Each bonus offer has an expiry date — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on j999 are considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where the bet was incorrectly registered due to a technical error.
6.2 Fair Play Policy
j999 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The platform's games are powered by technology from verified software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other reputable companies.
6.3 Technical Issues
If betting or gameplay is disrupted due to server outages, disconnections, or other technical issues, j999 will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. However, j999 is not liable for any financial loss directly caused by the user's own internet connection or device.
6.4 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section — including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, football, kabaddi, and others — odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the time of confirming a bet are final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, settlement will follow j999's established rules.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j999 platform:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor access the platform.
- Using bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
- Collaborative cheating — multiple people agreeing to create an unfair advantage for one player.

- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Harassing, threatening, or using inappropriate language toward other users.

8. Account Closure & Termination
8.1 Closure at Your Request
You may close your account at any time by informing j999's support team via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your actual cash balance before closure (subject to wagering conditions being met).
8.2 Closure at j999's Initiative
j999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious financial transactions.
- Legal instruction from authorities.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
